Why hasn't the latest version of the JS library been released? #246

Why hasn't the latest version of the JS library been released? I use yarn add bls-signatures, the version is 0.2.5; This version is last year released!

And new version need my self build . That mean latest version has don`t know bugs? Not recommended? Need use 0.2.5？
