Add option for wallet coins combine [enhancement] #2319

What happened?

Hi their

I recently setup a cold wallet to store my farmed chia, I transferred my funds from hot wallet to cold wallet an error appeared when sending it, I could only send 347050166etc!.

After asking in discord what the hell this was, apparently down to containing many coins some of which the smaller amount trying to send. I don't personally understand it myself. As you can see i originally tried to send 49 but it wouldn't have it, in the end it took 3 transactions.

Proposal would be add option in gui wallet that when this error appears you can do the equivalent chia wallet coins combine.

Tried labelling as enhancement seems to come up as bug so il leave you guys to sort that.
