BUG: Support not wait for plot copy step #589

Please provide a way to not wait until the plot is copied to the destination, this will improve the whole plotting. Currently it is not working for madmax, also if I use the chia.exe CLI.

The bot regarding close tickets should be deactivated, if no one is working from the chia projects, to look into the issues. I am looking forward that the position of community issue worker will be filled.
