[BUG] Not synced, wallet port keep changing #3946

My chia GUI says not synced, and add nodes not working. my only two connections are Farmer and Wallet. Farmer doesn't change. Wallet's port number keep adding up.

What's the best way to solve it and let it back to syncing.
