FIX: [Explorer UI] Switch the hyperlinks on selected records for fields `RegistryProjectId` and `ProjectName` #146

The hyperlink for ProjectName should route to the link provided in CADT record, specifically the field for projectLink.

The hyperlink for RegistryProjectId should route to CADT project record. This would be related to ticket https://github.com/orgs/Chia-Network/projects/33/views/1?pane=issue&itemId=39404704
