Upload UML, move src and remove some folders from tracking #1

Upload a "compiled" version (PDF or image) version of the Model UML in the /Deliveries folder. Move the project source (src folder and pom.xml file) in the root of the repository for automatic testing porpose and use: git rm -r --cached .idea

uploaded uml + moved src and pom.xml + removed .idea and .iml from tracking
