Tagging priests of gods and temples #51

@ChiaraPalladino

There are a few instances in which the text is referencing specifically the priests of various gods and temples. Even though the priests themselves aren't named entities it felt incorrect to tag just the proper noun they are associated with since that is not what is being talked about. I had previously tagged the priests and added a nested annotation of what they are the priest of (sorry this is confusing 🙏🏽).

Ex: "ἱρέων τοῦ Ἡφαίστου" is tagged as collective organization and then I nest tag "Ἡφαίστου".

Should I keep the tagging of the priests and the gods/temples or just pick one? This happens in 2.5, 3.1, 53.3, 54.1, and 55.1

Mmmm...in this case I think it comes down to whether these priests are part of a recognized, named organization. If they are just indicated as generic priests, this is not a named entity but just a group of people, so they should not be annotated. If there is a specific clergy with a name, under which they can be grouped, then it's a different matter.
