New patch update for AT32F415 #407

Changelogs:

Cleanup and update CMSIS files.
Cleanup and update board code.
Update LLD driver for I2C, OTG, ERTC, SYSTICK, GPT, ICU, PWM, USART and WDT.
Added blinked demo.
Added HAL LLD driver test for ERTC, I2C bitbang, I2C hardware, ICU, PWM, USB_CDC and WDT.
Redundant unused LLD driver of CRC code.
Added missing CRC register on CMSIS files.
Added support for SDIO LLD driver and HAL test.
