Yellow: Possible problem (behind on taxes)
Purple: Indicators of a problem exist (311 calls for vacant/abandoned building)
Red: Major problem exists (Building inspector recommended demolition)
Orange: Multiple major problems exists (Demolition recommended plus behind on taxes)
