Determine a currently-used classification that we can use to train a model. For example, Buildings classifies their inspections and some are labeled "Demolition", which means that the building is no longer inhabitable and must be demolished.

Others:

Known vacant buildings
Buildings identified by the Strategic Task Force
Buildings that belong in geographic clusters where most homes on entire blocks were demolished in a short time period. The idea here is to catch trends that lead to downward feedback cycles.
Outlier buildings that are located in troubled geographic clusters, but somehow remain in good health.
