Individual performance metrics have been difficult to forecast given the evolving nature of the design role at the city. As such, many have been identified, few have been chosen until the team becomes more operational.

2018 and 2019 goals, with metrics, have been established and shared internally. A public post reviewing 2018 and looking forward to 2019 is coming shortly.
