Attempt 2. I closed the first pull request because I realized I forgot to make some additional edits.

Accepting this pull request. This makes sense; however, I've also posed a question on the draft spec on how to handle station_information.json.

@nicklucius - you noted some spelling errors. Please go ahead and correct in a subsequent pull request.

As a next step--even before Nick makes corrections--I'll circulate this to the dockless bikeshare team for final comments before circulation to the companies.

@nicklucius and @levyj - this afternoon we will meet to discuss any remaining items.

However, I would like to spend a bit of time discussing the GBFS standard that were raised in this issue and the aforementioned issued that I linked to. I think we are well-positioned to contribute to the discussion so let's review our thoughts and contribute them to the larger dockless bikeshare discussion.
