Initially the data pipeline drake command was failing at several steps, but now that we have the full software requirements in place, we are finally able to run the full data pipeline, which I believe also retrains the model. (emailed Eric Potash on 3/17 to confirm, awaiting response)

We are able to run the model and do initial train / test.
