Review page-views data #17

Page-views seems very high for November and December 2013--need to review.

Did you figure out if this is a data problem, or if not why it's happening? Something does indeed look funky here.

it is very funky. We pull those statistics from Socrata and I double-checked to make sure nothing was wrong with stats in that timeframe.

I suspect some sort of bot started to hit our page. Not sure why or what it is--we don't have IP-level stats.
