We will use ReadTheDocs to promulgate documentation for the workflow.

Considering the following outline, please let me know your thoughts.

Introduction (index.rst)
Installation and configuration
Creating and configuring an ETL
Configuring for automation
Utilities for administering ETLs

I've opened a new branch (iss1) that is working on documentation.
