Would this be something for system administrators or for the install process? If so, I this should probably go to the docs/ in the repo itself. Still will need to be in Markdown. Files placed in the docs/ folder will be generated from Markdown and resemble a help page like this. The Wiki is more focused on planning documentation and vision documents (e.g., design doc).

@reve0716 can you coordinate with Rod (and the team) to keep in touch on how files in docs/ should be organized.
