Map marker is counted as "1 record" #209

If searching with zip code the map marker is listed as the "1 record found" making it unclear that the search did not work.

This came up from the CUTGroup test we conducted. A tester tried to search for "business licenses 60601" after reading the help text (?), but did not realize she needed an underscore so that it would read "business_licenses 60601." She received a result saying that "Info: 1 record(s) found." She proceeded to move the map to find that record and was confused when she couldn't find anything.

@tomschenkjr I know we chatted about this last week, but is this really a bug? If the user clicks on the Help (?) button we have documentation that states an underscore needs to be included. When it is included, the query returns the correct results. However, as a user I could understand how having to remember an underscore in certain situations to be annoying, but I think this would be addressed when we get around to implementing NLP #227 . What do you think?

I agree.
