merging the crash data set crashes. Due to icn showing up as weird decimals. #11

So I think we figured out that we need to require the bit64 library.

require(“bit64”)

The other thing is that the ICN identifiers should be text. I’m not too worried because that will be fixed when it’s on the data portal.
