As it relates to biking, it would be helpful to correlate or have an overlay with the existing bike infrastructure. IDOT may be able to assist and provide a shape file. Bike Lane Uprising as obstruction heat maps: https://www.bikelaneuprising.com/mapped-obstructions

Are there higher rates of incidents in commercial areas?

Also, the shape file for High Crash locations would help.
