I think this was a @tomschenkjr task, but I don't think we need this anyway with the new model.

I did ask my wife about it at the Cook County Forest Preserve, and the only weather she knew about was for burn forecasting (controlled burns for conservation purposes), and they use NOAA's wind data. This only looks a short time in advance and has wind speed information for various altitudes. (I remember this from the burn class that I took too.)
