Run Model #3

We will need to run all three pieces of code. Close this issue when all three are complete.

@hectorsalvador You can run all the models, right? I think we can close this issue because I think we're going to depart from the models anyway.

I never manage to fully run the second and third models. I did manage though to run two other pieces of code from top performers.

We'll pivot this thread to a conversation on generating a new model, starting with the NeuralNet approach.

Update from weekly status meeting Model is able to run, but still need to iterate through the the model to evaluate performance. @geneorama is going to work through it this week, no other items are needed.
