Obtain SAS Code #4

CDPH will need to send us the SAS code. Priya has requested this already.

We have the SAS code, but I don't think we can put it online because there is too much info about our database connections because it calls the ODBC connection. @tomschenkjr I'd like your thoughts on this.

Yeah, we can't put it up w/o scrubbing it of connection info.

Yes, this is added. I put in the original and the scrubbed version (since we're private now)
