Display Predictions in WindyGrid #5

Need to investigate if it is feasible to display the predictions in WindyGrid. If so, we need to brainstorm the best way to display this information in the app.

We need to add two new columns, selected_forecast, showing the prediction value to the ETL so it can be displayed in WindyGrid and total_mosquitoes.

@priyaDoIT will update the ETL request with Diego.

Updated data request form and SMS ticket to Diego to add the two new columns in the ETL process. Then will need Sen to display in WG.
