should do this for at least CHAS:Inv and CHAS:Ento to provide more detailed info per NSF grant

See Arctos issues 1339. We did this for CHAS:Inv accessions, recording new end dates as a second specimen event and documenting the date constraint in collecting event remarks. e.g. https://arctos.database.museum/guid/CHAS:Inv:21000
