Configured mailchimp gatsby plugin [Not ready]

Changes:

• Gatsby plugin added to package.json
• Basic form component created

Notes:

Only thing that is needed is the correct endpoint url, then it should be set to go. Aside from making it look pretty. 😄 yarn format changed some other files too, whoops.
