Every time I stop or restart my server I receive a crash report

"I have noted that one of your mods are creating crash reports when the unix SIGTERM is issued to the server to stop the server process. Additionally it has been noted that the mod does not create a crash report when the stop command is used. May I ask if this is intended behavior or an oversight in regards to respect unix process signals?
