It seems to have a problem with the recipe of the enderchest and endertank on the last 1.9 version, or maybe there is no compatibility with JEI. An another strange thing I noticed too is that the enderstorage enderchest doesn't override the orginal vanilla enderchest like it was the case in the older versions.
