Forestry Wood Slabs NEI duplicates #327

Hello,

I was asked to bring this up with you folks here. This is related to ForestryMC Issue #1054.

Essentially, there are blocks from Forestry (latest 4.2.6) appearing in NEI that should be hidden. The blocks are double-block versions of the Forestry wood slabs (regular and fireproof). Relevant imgurs:
