There is no command for changing the game mode to creative+ #414

For Minecraft 1.9+ this project has moved, please submit bug reports here instead:

If you type: /gamemode creative+ and then it says: 'creative+' is not a valid number. but if you try the other game modes and it says: Your game mode has been updated
