check todo`s on my import script and create a list of features how we can improve it #15

Is it on this file where I need to look at the Todo's : https://github.com/GroceriStar/groceristar/blob/master/bin/001-import.js

i assume import and helper - is mostly used files. so they need to be improved. because if you have at least 6 tables with relations between - import start to look very bad ;)
