I assume that we can use bootstrap styles for now.

maybe for a homepage we can use this styles: https://phoenix-startup.com/

This guys are friends of mine, and gave me a first version of their template - https://github.com/atherdon/ph-st

or i can propose other options

for non-homepage i propose to use this at first time. basic styles are ok for me: https://reactstrap.github.io/

Bootstrap 4 is ok for me
