Cleaned up submission form. Updated and migrated models. Added login/registration functionality. Validates username/emails. Modified front end to indicate which user is logged in.

Please review. Currently there are sections commented out in the forms.py file. This is done in case we find a bug that I have not discovered in testing and for documentation purposes. We can clear out that code once we ensure everything is working as expected.
