This issue relates both to bugs and features: currently, users are not required to register or login before being able to view sensitive information

Describe the solution you'd like

The site should be reorganized to require user login before being able to view the video feed
To log in users should first be required to register.

in the future it might be good to make login dependent on knowing the device login credentials.
