tempfly after teleport #58

After a player teleports for example /home /warp or /spawn and they have TempFly activated and the world they are landing in also have TempFly activated they are flyting a little over the ground and are using their tempfly. If they don't catch this they are using up all their tempfly. Which staff has to listen to everytime.

It should not make the player fly after teleports, they should just land on the ground and have to jump again if they wish to fly.

TempFly Version: 3.1.7
