0.0.8 Release

0.0.8 Will be the first registered version of Olive, consisting of a working pre-release version of Olive. This release will be a preview of what is to come in 0.1.0, as well as an easy way to iron out any bugs that are expected with a project of this magnitude.

All that is needing completion for this release is some Cells.jl reorginazation, docs, some improvements to /doc, and syntax highlighting :)

Reimplementing new cells around new extracted design... There are only a few things left to do for this first release.

• Add returner to directories
• Add environment directory
• Update ALL cell functions (reimplementing of cells)
