0.1.3 doc update #61

I am going to be doing an ENORMOUS doc rework with several examples for 0.1.3.

This is quite far along, I am probably only about 1/4 of the way done -- if that. Most notably, need to document the Components.

Another day, another update. I have finished most of the new "essentials" section, with the exception of deployment and the completion of " composing websites."

So I have decided that now I am going to instead simplify this a little bit -- I think that I will be making a toolips-based documentation site, instead, which will be wrapped in as part of https://toolips.app/ . This will make it possible to do things like live tutorials and documentation references that are arranged using different techniques. Furthermore, I think I could automate things a lot more than they currently are -- I will have to dive into this later, but I am going to be moving the doc issue to the toolips app repo.
