Add Expanded Delight Support #17

This Pull Request should allow for Expanded Delight support in EMICompat.

It adds support for the Juicer crafting station. I have taken some creative liberty with the ui compared to the original JEI inside of Expanded delight mainly around the margins of the gui.

Hopefully this is close to the expected standard, please let me know if there is any issues.

I am looking at a way to add support for the Mortar and Pestal currently however considering the original mod does not include JEI support for it there might be a decent amount of work required for it.

First of all, thank you for your contribution, but now that the mod is being merged with https://github.com/Kneelawk/extra-mod-integrations/issues/11, I would prefer you to submit a PR directly to extra-mod-integrations.
