Fix "main queue" warnings on app startup #65

@shnizzedy -- Is this still relevant? I've never seen these warnings.

@binarybottle the warnings aren't user-facing, they're in the console and logs.

They're just warnings, but there tend to be a lot of them which makes the startup logs hard to read. Seems like it should be pretty easy to silence them: https://github.com/facebook/react-native/issues/23755#issuecomment-474235632
