For each column that we want to keep from our many, many Google Sheets workbooks, specify:

• the type of entity in that column (if it's a foreign key to an index elsewhere, if it's a Thing, or if it's something more specific),
• its definition (if not a foreign key) or relationship and to where it points (if a foreign key)
• any notes or restrictions that aren't covered by the type

I set up column headers and plugged in an example of an entity and an example of a foreign key: mentalhealth_structure_to_keep
