The conditional logic isn't applied on the Reviewer tab

Preconditions The user is logged in on the admin panel https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/ maddison_ml@protonmail.com // qwertyuio

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a site https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/
2. Create a new applet with activity:
   • allow the "This activity will only be available to review a user's data on the user's detail page"
   • add at least three items with the next types: radio, checkbox, slider
   • add a conditional logic
3. Save an activity
4. Invite a new user
5. Invite a new reviewer for the previously invited user
6. Log in as the reviewer, proceed to the user's Review tab on DataViz
7. Take an assessment on the Assessment tab
8. Fail the conditional logic
9. Observe the result

Actual result The conditional logic isn't applied on the Reviewer tab: the item that should be hidden accordingly to the conditional logic is displayed after selecting the invalid response

Expected result The conditional logic is applied on the Reviewer tab: the item that should be hidden accordingly to the conditional logic is hidden on the Reviewer tab after selecting the invalid response
