Created with CSV daily and monthly event is missing the frequency option and contains unexpected info text #1673

Preconditions The user is logged in on the admin panel https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a site https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/
  2. Click the "View users" button on any applet
  3. Open an individual calendar of any user
  4. Click the "Import schedule" button
  5. Import a valid CSV schedule with daily event (repeats: yes, frequency: daily)
  6. Click Submit button
  7. Create manually the daily event
  8. Compare the created daily event cards

Actual result Created with CSV daily event is missing the Daily option and contains unexpected info text

Expected result Created with CSV daily event shows the repeat Daily option and doesn't contain additional info text. Event cards created manually and uploaded with CSV events with the same options should look the same.

!!!Notes: Reproduced for Monthly event. Other than that monthly event is created with a daily frequency
