Preconditions The mobile app is installed and launched The user is logged in

Steps to reproduce

  1. Complete the activity with some text option responses on every screen
  2. Open the report on admin panel
  3. Compare the responses with the report
  4. Observe the result

Actual result Comment box is missing in the admin/email report if user entered the optional text on the item screen
