Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the admin panel https://admin-staging.mindlogger.org/ (leo@stage.com)
2. Select the NIMH applet and navigate to the general calendar
3. Choose any event and navigate to the event details modal window 4 Mark the "Idle time" checkbox
4. Specify " -1" into the "Idle time" field and save
5. Look at the result

Reproducible on the new design. It is possible to save the event with invalid idle time, after an attempt to save the schedule there is an inappropriate error. Expected: There shouldn't be an ability even to enter invalid values in the Idle time field.
