Increasing the idle time changes the end of time on the activity settings modal

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to the admin panel https://admin.mindlogger.org/ prodml@yandex.ua // 123456
2. Choose any applet and go to the calendar
3. Open the activity settings modal
4. Select an activity
5. Set start and end of the time (Begins at 08:00 AM ends at 09:00 AM)
6. Click the Idle time toggle button
7. Increase idle time
8. Click on the modal
9. Look at the result

Actual result: Increasing the idle time changes the end of time on the activity settings modal Expected result: Increasing the idle shouldn't have an impact on the end of time on the activity settings modal
