Phantom Activity is shown until admin logs in and out #2337

1) Imported Prosocial Behavior Survey from library into this existing applet 2) Renamed all the activities (Prosocial Behavior Survey --> PBS) 3) Daisy-chained them 4) pressed save (image 1).

Expected: Applet saves exactly how it is setup Actual: Once it saves, the Prosocial Behavior Survey pops up again (image 2). Once admin logs out of admin and logs back in the "Proscoial Behavior Survery" has been removed

@Matchdev120 This bug is that an activity was copied from the library, edited and saved and when it is saved the original activity that was copied shows up. After the user signs out and back in, the original activity does not show up in the applet builder anymore

@Matchdev120 I was able to follow the steps and complete the process I was unable to recreate the issue in staging. It might be intermittent so we can put this in the backlog for now
