The deleted/edited score item remains in the cumulative activity until user loggs out/loggs in #2620

The issue appears if the item that was set up as a cumulative, was deleted/edited(the item type is changed, options were deleted) and a new one is set up instead. Refreshing the Home page doesn't update the activity. The issue is fixed after logging out/logging in.
