[PROD] Checkbox/ Radio Item: When Selecting 1 response option 2 or 3 items are selected #2800

Steps to recreate

  1. Create an applet with a radio button and checkbox item with 6 or more response options
  2. Select the last couple of response options
  3. See Results

Expected: One item is selected when selecting one response option Actual: 2 or more items are selected when selecting one response option
