Admin report is not created / email is not received if one activity within a flow has the disallowed "Make export available" option

I'm not sure is this a bug or expected result, please, clarify @WorldImpex @astef021

Actual result: Mobile app Summary shows the calculations for activities that have the allowed export as expected. But admin report is not created / email is not received if one activity within a flow has the disallowed "Make export available" option.

Expected result: The report is created for those activities which have the allowed export. The activity with the disallowed export shouldn't be included in the report.
