There are two slider items with a 1-5 range.
Option score is allowed for both items.
There is the configured report: both slider items are selected to calculate sum, and average, percent score.
The subscale is created in the activity to sum the items (in total) and get the average (within a subscale).
Case 1:
Complete the activity with the same response: slider 1 - 1, slider 2 - 1
Compare the mobile app summary, PDF report, and subscale data
Case 2:
Complete the activity with the response: slider 1 - 2, slider 2 - 3
Compare the mobile app summary, PDF report, and subscale data
Actual result
The first response option in the slider item has the option score 0 always. The issue is reproduced on mobile app summary and on the DataViz (subscales), but NOT reproduced in the exported/received PDF report. NOT reproduced for other options than the first one.
Expected result
Every option has the score assigned in the builder
