1st Activity of activity flow AND all activities in the applet show up IF they are not manually hidden on the applet builder.
Make sure that:
For each activity flow, only one activity flow activity card shows up at once
Normal activity cards are distinct from activity flow activity cards
Normal activities can be completed independently of an activity flow
When activities are hidden on the applet builder, the normal activity cards are hidden
When activity flows are hidden on the applet builder, the activity flow activity cards are hidden
